For&From

The For&From programme is a social initiative by the Inditex group, which seeks the employment inclusion of people with disabilities through the creation of social franchises, as an outlet, and where most of the workforce has some kind of disability.

For&From already has 15 stores in different cities around the world with various social entities, and since 2017 has assigned the management of two of these franchises, Tempe Inditex and Zara Home, to the Fundación Prodis Special Employment Centre.

Thanks to the two For&From franchises, around 40 jobs have been created for people with disabilities, in addition to a new financing line, which promotes the Foundation’s sustainability

The entire profits of the stores are allocated entirely to the various social projects of the Prodis Foundation. Both shops, besides being a source of employment for users with disabilities of the Prodis Foundation, are an important point of awareness and enhancement of the abilities of people with disabilities, that are developed in a reference commercial space, breaking barriers and stereotypes.

Tempe Inditex: Inaugurated in 2017, at the SAMBIL shopping centre in Leganés, it sells accessories and shoes from the different group brands at reduced prices. Now this store has a new localation, at The Style Outlets in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

Zara Home: In September 2022, Inditex opened the world’s first home decor outlet at The Style Outlets in San Sebastián de los Reyes. A unique space that offers items from collections of previous seasons at a lower price.
